modelFIT pioneered and customized an approach to mindful and dynamic movement that builds graceful strength and confident presence. Our studios are an oasis from the chaos and stress of the city where members leverage the leading insights on physiology to work with purpose and on purpose to cultivate the fine muscles that matter most in maintaining functional strength, balance and agility. We believe that everybody matters and every body matters and our instructors employ a variety of engaging and playful workouts while supporting each individual student to achieve a sense of increased physical capacity and control that reinforces physical and emotional command.
